It’s fitting that this lovely little restaurant is set to the side of Albert Park’s more casual eateries. Lord Cardigan is, after all, of a very different character: somewhat formal, with a focus on artful plating and elegant flavours.
A dessert of caramelised apricots topped with cinnamon icecream and gingerbread syrup provides a sweet finale, at once familiar and exciting – much like the restaurant itself.
