Established in 2007, Lord Cardigan is the hidden gem in Albert Park Village. Tucked around the corner from the hustle and bustle, Lord Cardigan offers a mood of quiet indulgence. The restaurant is a little formal in style but relaxed and comfortable in demeanour. Chef-owner, John Singer, uses elaborate technique and artful plating to showcase seasonal produce at it’s finest. Service is smart, professional and friendly making Lord Cardigan the local favourite!
